Presentation by David McCormick, Yale University

Brain Sciences UNSW Special Presentation hosted by Assoc. Prof. Michael Breakspear
David McCormick, Professor of Neurobiology in the Department of Neurobiology at Yale University School of Medicine.
David McCormick has made major contributions to our understanding of basic neurophysiology, from individual synapses up to the scale of neuronal networks, and how these relate to perception, learning and memory. His current research interests include fast visual cortical plasticity, persistent activity in the prefrontal cortex, and sleep-related activity in the cortex.
