The Pint of Science team would like to invite you to join them at the Pint of Science Neuroscience Events this year on the evenings of May 15-17. The Pint of Science is an international festival which aims to showcase their leading scientific research to the community, all in the pub. That means everyone is welcome, no scientific knowledge is required!
The neuroscience events take place at the Harlequin Inn, Pyrmont and will run from 7pm until 9:30pm, and tickets are only $5! Be prepared for an evening of "fun" science, prizes, beer, games and fascinating discussion.
This year's neuroscience presentations include topics of entymology, consciousness, mental health, alcohol addiction, Parkinson's disease, exercise and pain. Speakers include UNSW's Dr Asheeta Prasad speaking about alcohol and A/Prof Antony Cooper who will speak about Parkinson's disease.
We hope to see you there!
