Professor A.David Smith FMedSci is Professor Emeritus of Pharmacology at the University of Oxford and Founding Director of the Oxford Project to Investigate Memory and Ageing (OPTIMA). Professor Helga Refsum is a Professor of Nutrition at the University of Oslo and Visiting Professor of Human Nutrition at the University of Oxford.
